Your organisation
Seats and tokens across your Module Six products.
Calibrate
Competency and CPD across your organisation. Open Calibrate for a person's full profile and evidence.
People
Everyone on a Calibrate seat: level, onboarding, CPD, and open validation gaps. Click a gap count to see what's outstanding. Nudge sends one reminder email.
Competency heatmap
Your organisation's average validated level in each competency area. Built from confirmed assessments only, so it reflects what reviewers have signed off, not self-ratings.
Engagement & adoption
Who is actually using what you bought: recent activity, dormant people, CPD pace and reviewer workload. Nudge sends a one-off re-engagement email.
Find people by capability
Who is validated at a level in an area — for staffing a project or finding a mentor. Confirmed levels only.
Role gap analysis
Everyone sitting below their role's target level, area by area — the org's training shopping list. Download as CSV for planning.
Organisation report
A board-ready capability report: population by role level, the competency heatmap, CPD activity, evidence pipeline and the largest gaps. Opens print-ready; save as PDF from the print dialog.
Organisation settings
Defaults that apply to everyone: the annual CPD target, how often competency reviews come round, and how long a validation can sit before a reminder goes out.
IPP membership
Company-issued membership tokens. Each is redeemed once by a person for their own 12-month access. Share a code to hand it out, and track who has redeemed it.
Your token pools
To issue membership: copy a code and send it to the person; they enter it at redeem.modulesix.io to claim their 12-month access. Copy link gives you a ready-to-send link that opens redemption with the code already filled in. Click a redeemed count to see who has claimed. Buy more to top a pool up.
Validate
Authority to Work oversight and provisioning. The full operational register lives in Validate.
Looking to add people or send invites? Onboarding, invites and email settings live on the People tab.
Worklist
What's expired, expiring or missing across the register. Click a person to open them in the full register.
Roles & requirements
The roles your register recognises, grouped by job family, and what each one must hold. The job family also decides what provisioning grants (engineering families give an ATW login; the ipp framework gives the PM bundle).
Competency catalogue
Every ticket, licence and competency the register can track: whether it expires, its validity period, and whether it needs a signed authority. Edits save per row.
Activate
Exam-access tokens you've bought to hand out, and who has redeemed them.
Exam tokens
To issue an exam: copy a code and send it to the person; they enter it at redeem.modulesix.io to claim their exam access. Copy link gives you a ready-to-send link that opens redemption with the code already filled in. Click a redeemed count to see who has claimed.
Educate
CPD and learning licences. Enrol a person onto a licence, or revoke within the first 24 hours.
Licence holders
Everyone in your organisation. Enrol places one person on a learning licence and emails them their access; revoke is only possible in the first 24 hours, before they have opened the course.
People
Everything about your people in one place: onboard from a spreadsheet, seats and roles, structure, invites and activity.
Set up your organisation
Your guided setup. Each step drives the real controls below, and ticks itself off as your organisation takes shape. Nothing emails anyone until the last step, and only if you turn invites on.
Notifications & invites
Whether invite and reminder emails send for this organisation.
Onboard / update from a sheet
One sheet for all your products. Columns: email, name, cost_centre, department, team, manager_email, job_family, role_name, employee_ref. Cost centre, department and team build your org tree automatically. The job family sets what each person gets — a Calibrate seat, the Validate register, or both. You confirm before anything is written; accounts, emails and seats only happen at Invite.
Invite and send set-up emails
Creates an account for each prepared person with no account, grants their menu, and sends the invite. Only runs when invites are on above.
Resend an invite
Paste emails (one per line) to resend the same set-up email. Only for people who already have an account, and only when invites are on.
Team & roles
Everyone on a Calibrate seat. Change a person's role, or set who reviews them. Making someone a reviewer gives them the My Team view.
Organisation structure
Cost centres, departments and teams. Add, rename or remove them; assign people to positions below. Removing a group unassigns its people, it does not delete anyone.
People & positions
Where each person sits in the organisation and their access. Edit to set cost centre, department, team, and role flags.
Requests to join
People asking to join your organisation. Approving places them on a spare Calibrate seat; you'll get a warning if there are none free.
Quick invite (Calibrate seat)
For adding one or two people to a Calibrate seat: one person per line, name then email. You can add cost centre, department, team and a reviewer email as extra comma-separated columns. For a spreadsheet, or people who need more than a Calibrate seat, use Onboard / update from a sheet above. Preparing does not email anyone; you choose whether to send now, or save as drafts and send later.
Prepared & sent invites
Drafts you have prepared but not sent show as pending, each with a Send. Sent invites that have not been accepted show here too, each with a Resend.
